Are you experiencing gum pain?
Our endontic treatments can help. Here’s what you can expect:
Advanced Laser-Assisted Endodontics: As one of the few practices on the South Plains utilizing the specialized Erbium:YAG Laser, they deliver a cleaner, more precise root canal. The laser energy heats and sonically vibrates the disinfecting medication inside the tooth, successfully reaching and sterilizing the complex lateral canals and deep fins where traditional tools fall short.
Decades of Proven Specialized Expertise: The clinical team has received rigorous advanced training in endodontic therapy. Backed by a founding doctor who has performed thousands of successful root canals over a 30+ year career, patients benefit from a master-level approach to saving infected teeth.
Clinical Success Over the National Average: By pairing deep endodontic experience with innovative laser disinfection, the practice achieves an exceptional success track record for saving natural adult teeth that exceeds the 95% national average.
Anxiety-Free, “Root Filling” Experience: They actively reframe endodontic care to feel no more intimidating than a standard dental filling. Their approach focuses on thorough pain management, a compassionate bedside manner, and a smooth, gentle workflow designed to completely eliminate dental phobia.

FAQ
Will endodontic treatment be painful?
Our doctors at Grimes Dentistry use very safe and effective anesthetics. We understand that making your root canal as perfect as possible is half the battle. We take pride in giving every patient an excellent experience. Before we begin your procedure, we will instruct you how to alert us if you feel anything. The comfort techniques we use are dependably effective.
How many visits will my root canal take?
Most root canals can be performed start to finish in one visit. Occasionally a tooth is exceptionally infected, and those teeth might require a second or third visit. You are not charged more if your root canal takes more than one visit.
How often should I visit the dentist for a checkup and cleaning?
For most patients, we recommend scheduling a visit every six months. Regular cleanings remove built-up plaque that brushing at home misses, while routine exams allow us to catch and treat minor issues before they become painful or expensive problems.
